That's not scouting that's yoloing besides lights have the highest view range and on the move camo which means you spot them before they can spot you then you fall back if you're out matched or take them out if you can

Ok lemme give you some heads up about the top gun. With full crew, you average about 19 sec of reload and the aimtime is pretty bad. What you should do is to carefully aim your shots and don’t overextend. The kv-1s is a heavy but you really have thin armor. For a new player like you, I suggest you remain in the second line providing support fire. Other than that, try your best not get in front of big guns like a kv-2 or an su-100y. Gl mate

@hearty night So my KV-1S has a 16 second reload at max crew with gun rammer. Act like you're a med and don't use your armor unless you're hull down or side scraping.

@abstract relic can't hull down in kv1s. cupola very easy to hit and pen. cheeks are also relatively easy to pen with prammo or high pen.
sidescrape yes, but need to sidescrape on the side further away from cupola.
