The only reason why it seems some viruses mutate more than others is simply due to numbers. Rhinovirus (AKA the common cold) doesn't immobilize the host much, but takes advantage of natural Defense systems of the immune system such as sneezing and coughing to spread. Hence why it's not worth the time or reasonable to find a vaccine, the sheer number of people afflicted cause it to have minor mutations so the body doesn't recognize it.
Compare it to Influenza which has more severe symptoms causes the host to remain stationary mostly and greatly reduced the spread, which reduces the likely hood of mutations via fewer hosts, which means less room for error in Genetic information replication. This is also why it's generally easier to create a Functional Vaccine for the flu.

@hidden tulip That information is half correct, but its not just a common Flu, for one we have no immunities against this virus so everyone is more susceptible to contracting it. COVID-19 is also thought to be transmitted via an airborne route. What it boils down to is mild to severe flu like symptoms for most. Which is still very dangerous, as the regular flu kills thousands every year, and we have a lot of precautions against it

My laptop doesnt support usb type c

If anyone suggests Attack on Titan stop after you watch the first season, it sucks from there on.
If you aren't Squeamish, Made in Abyss has a good story.
