Arabia users may go to ASIA too as Arabia is actually located on Asia continent, but the ASIA server is located in Singapore. Thats why the Arabia server location is just a masked link to EU server.
same for LATAM/South America. They maybe go on ASIA because the NA server is located in mid-USA to support Canadian Playerbase too and the LATAM user could be argentinian. But same here - ASIA is in Singapore and has worse latency than NA
