I think corporal punishment isnt needed in the Common or regular education system (Regarding my country's situation) and that minors who exceed rules for order would be taking care of by a government organisation similar to a jail (example my country has YTC facility for corruptive minors)
Honestly the problem with me country rn (Trinidad) is that the politics focus on milking the treasury and the civilians and the I AM BEING REAL HERE if a person is caught with an illegal fire arms the maximum penalty is 1500TT and it is a bailable offence

Kids learn by examples. If the id's a twit, someone's a negative influence, and it's almost always the parent. When you smack a kid around, you teach it that it's OK to smack people around to get what you want.

World Of Tanks Blitz: Has fast paced games and teams are skill dependent - Maps are small - Not enough space to Carry game - "Broken" Tanks are in the game - Military Honor is useless - People Rage a lot - Has no VC for easy communication - Tank reacts to movement inputs much more slower - Physics is weird - Has 3 Researchable tanks that are classed as "Collector" and only be acquired by buying gold/crates while on other platforms you can get them be researching them - Only 4 Modes while 2 of them are temporally available for a short time - Half of Researchable Tanks are now classed as "Collector" and can't be researched - IS-4 Broken - some Tier 7 premiums have insane stats - Ke Ni Otsu - Amount of XP needed to research tanks - amount of credits earned with non premium tanks - Low Tier Premiums were turned into "Collector" and were nerfed - Hands get sweaty and decreases of controls responding to presses or movements

the Pz. IV F2 is a must-try, since it has the German KwK 43 75mm gun with amazing penetration and damage potential with the APCBC shells. 50mm of frontal protection is horrible, but mobility is good to cover up for the downside

I might be imagining it, but if a tank is stock or close to it, it seems that it'll top tier you because you don't have the higher modules that you need to deal with higher tiers. When you max your tank with full crew traning and top modules, it seems like it'll be more likely to bottom tier you in a match because you're supposed to be able to hanndle yourself for the most part, especially if the high tier is also likely to be partially stock
Again, might just be my imagination, but it's a pattern I've noticed.
