For the progetto 65, keeping 0 shells gives you the highest dpm as the 1st shell has the shortest reload. For WoTPC, keeping 3 shells and firing just 1 gives you the highest dpm

For WoTB, the 1st shell stands for the 1st shell that is reloaded into an empty magazine. For the progetto 65, the reload is 7.63s with vents, which is the shortest reload. For the 2nd and 3rd shells, they have a reload of 6.28 and 4.94, but this does not count the 3s intra clip

But whenever you reload a fully empty magazine, the 2nd and 3rd shells do not need to reload with the intra-clip of 3s
