I now asked for a recent RE version with the reason that the current used tools are older than a year and from pre-dvpl era and cant work with recent files anymore. since we all have the same goal of fun and safety, it would be good if certain people have access to said tools to provide safe mods without relying on old tech, workarounds and limitations that could negatively affect the mod. I also offered the possibility to link it to NDA signing, like you need to provide name and some other data to wargaming as some sort of tribute to have access to newest tools to reduce the chance of someone giving it away or trying to create a cheattol again as is could result instantly in hefty trouble

@outer ocean Red team are almost all below 5k (except 1 on 5.1k), and greens have 1 below 5k battles. However when looking for this I did find that the only people below 5k in most games were in platoons. I have only looked at my last 10 battles.

@silk galleon agreed, platoon with one 5k+ puts you in the 5k+ queue. Fair enough. I will not put my stats here, but I did record (more than 100 games) average winrate/average battle number and number of players above 5k on my reroll around 3k battles whileplaying tiers played between 6 and 9 (average tier was 7 or so). I saw very little 5k+ players, generally as many in both teams. You can find that on WG forum (same player name as here).

Granted this is 1 sample and it was after 5.4 but before 6.1

Yeah that battle was very unusual from the rest of the battles I have had. From your samples as well I would guess that the queue maybe dropped too low for the rule to come into effect although it sounds unlikely. I cant really think of another explanation though, because there would be no point in WG putting a conplex algorithm in there so it must be something simple

Oh also what did you use to analyse your teams data? I was thinking about testing the limits of the ineffective queue but my method of collecting screenshots to look up later got out of hand very quickly
