The glitch we're referring to is the glitch where you can splash HE through walls, I'm not fully sure if it's real HE mechanics or a glitch but if you have a 120mm+ gun, you can just splash HE through walls and dmg people if they are against the wall, Its been around for awhile and I tend to abuse the glitch allot hoping they'll fix but haven't gotten to it yet I guess
