E 100 is one of the very few Heavies at Tier 10 that has a some what derp gun
And the Obj 263 has the best dpm at Tier 10 currently (unless the Badger comes)

Id only use ap from kv2 on a tiger or something, maybe a sherman, because even the tracks on the tanks in tier 6 will occasionally block kv2 ap, even if they are fully flat on their side
