Less Mobility for LTTB and other russian lights! But More mobility for Germans! Russians are so much faster on top speed! Ru251 needs twice the time than LTTB to get on Top Speed. That is just unfair.

The Gravedigger crushes my t8 in a 1 on 1 I find it quiet stupid it's armour is very strong for its tier, Also it was able to pen my t62a frontplate so I dont think the pen is bad It needs a clip nurf which would be fine.

The M3 Lee has a reload faster than the M4, which is a tier above the Lee. Not to mention it has more firepower than both tier 4 American Tank Destroyers as well. Just see it as a sort of variation of the T40 but with more firepower and less accuracy and pen

Well for DeadStar you need aprox. 600K exp which means you'll need to spent 300K gold... but you can start with Tier 7 for fair amount
