⚠️ Installation Guides
You will need a special WoTB game client (a test build) in order to access the test server.
The test server is NOT associated with the regular game servers and the accounts on it will be created only for those who applied for participation in this topic.
Test account is a copy of your regular game account with some extra gold, credits and free exp added for testing purposes.
Clans and your contact list are NOT copied to the Open Test server.

Please note that logins on both regular live server and test server are the same but the passwords differ.
Use your Wargaming.net ID login and password to log in to the test server.

Test builds are available for Android (4.2 or higher), iOS (13 or higher) and Windows (7/8/8.1/10). They can be installed alongside of regular game clients.

🤖 Android

  1. Make sure you have enough free space left on your device storage.
  2. Open Settings → Security and make sure Unknown Sources option is enabled.
  3. Download the APK file.
  4. Launch the downloaded package in any convenient way and install the test client.
  5. Launch the test client and log in (use your Wargaming.net ID login and password to log in to the test server).

🍎 iOS
We use Apple's TestFlight service for distributing WoTB test clients.

NOTE: iOS 13.0 or higher is required for using TestFlight.
At least 4.5 – 5 GB of free device storage space is required for successful Open Test client installation.

  1. Launch TestFlight app and make sure your Apple ID is displayed in the bottom of the screen under the Continue button.
  2. When asked, enable notifications for TestFlight app to get alerts when new test builds are added. Then tap Continue.
  3. Accept terms and conditions of TestFlight service. Now, the app is ready to get testing invitations. No more actions are required at this point!
  4. Follow the invitation link. If you open the link in the Safari, TestFlight app will be launched automatically.
  5. In TestFlight app you will be asked to join the testing project wotblitz test. Tap Accept next to 'wotblitz test' app and then Install.
  6. Wait until installation process is finished. Installing a test build might take considerably longer than installing a regular game client from the App Store.
  7. Launch the test client and log in (use your Wargaming.net ID login and password to log in to the test server).

🪟 Windows (PC)

  1. Please make sure your graphics adapter driver is updated prior to the test build installation.
  2. Download the zip package and then unzip it to any appropriate folder.
  3. Open app subfolder and launch wotblitz.exe
  4. Launch the test client and log in (use your Wargaming.net ID login and password to log in to the test server).

In any unclear situation with the test PC client, delete the \your_user\appdata\Local\wotblitz\DAVAProject\ directory. But keep in mind that after that, some settings of the main game client will also be lost, for example, the saved login and password for authorization (they will need to be entered again).

⚠️ Pleas note that the "appdata" file may be hidden. In order to access it, open File Explorer, select the "View" section, it is above the address bar, then make the "Hidden items" checkbox active.
