ember command still in htop after build

I was checking my htop command, and I noticed that ember processes are still running after the build is done. Shouldn't this process be killed after the build is done?

yup

it's possible your build is doing something to make the process hang

I don't know what that would be because it's not hanging on any other machine

let me check all the other instances
