Same! as i was browsing this forum I heard my wife complain about the filters not persisting while playing downstairs hah.

Search persists, even on a restart, but sort and filter don't. I know it's minor as far as bugs go, but it's incredibly frustrating having to click "sort newest" every time I want to pick a song. Especially when the default first-listed songs auto-play and they're songs I don't particularly like. Just one of those little UI things that really sticks out and hurts the experience.

Ya this is annoying. I was gonna report it before OP but I saw it already listed in Known Issues ("Sort & Filter not sticking.") so I figured they were working on it... It's been on there for over a month now.
