Buddy doesn't exactly heal faster, but he heals twice as often.. He used to heal a few sec after Lucy's 360, now he does it more often and you can't really sync the 360 and healing...
Well, he might heal faster/more also, didn't really notice.. Its just trickier now that the healing comes more often and hard to anticipate it to counter it with burst dps.. It's hard if people are in cover from the 360 when he starts to heal, but can't really do anything about that...

hm this might be the right place. How the heck do I find out if my build is good enough for the raid? In Rhythm is talent that activates when you have the weapon on you, not necessarily using it. Other useful talents are Stop, Drop and Troll - handy for Lucy and Buddy when you catch fire or bleed; also Overlap may be useful with weapons that recoil a lot or to mitigate Unhinged a bit

I don't think they do. You can stack three of the equipped talent "Protective Reload" that gives 10% armor while reloading but it will still give you only 10% armor.

That LFG group I got did a 1h 30 odd as well. And we had to wait 20 minutes for some dude to come back from AFK.
Must have got lucky.
Wiped on Buddy/Lucy 3-4 times due to trying to balance out 5/3 DPS.
But the rest was decent. B/L is the only part people need to be decent IMO. Boomer is just a rotation. Weasel is a joke. and Razorback is just DPS.

all bosses drop parts of the three sets and/or blueprints as well. always on the first run per id. every additional run only drops true patriot and directive set if any green. its a bad decision not to have the 1% EB dropchance on additional runs as this way more experienced players would help others to go through the raid but this way they dont have any incentive other than the "fun" of it and lack of other activities.

Raid groups are too strict. Like they need to understand that some players are doing the raid for the first time. Other games with raids literally have players training run for people who havenโt done the raid.

Having a good build dose not mean you will complete the raid it helps but player skill matters I have good number of clears and a good time I donโt have a team just join random sometimes if I am lucky they will do more runs point is I have played with players that are just not good enough no matter what build
If canโt do level 4cp solo or challenging or heroic bounty solo then your probably not good enough to raid with randoms could be the player or build good way to test both is try. Matchmaking for raid dose not fix that problem it will just frustrate people more

Eeeeeeh. I mean, I probably could solo most heroic if I took my sweet ass time with it, but that's not a good benchmark for being able to pull your weight in the raid. Honestly, being able to communicate, coordinate, and most importantly, stay positive, are the biggest things that will help you clear the raid. A good head on your shoulders for coordination beats a minmaxed build out any day of the week.
That being said, there definitely is a bit of an issue with raid groups here having tight restrictions on who can and cant join their group. "LfG fresh raid, must have 50 clears and sub-30min" is a bit bonkers, but c'est la vie.

I did Razorback with 5 new players. Me and another guy I usually play with did one station together and I floated. Worst guy was the only other person who completed it and had an EB. Kept having to kill his chungus. As long as we had them focused on add control first and not dying it wasn't a big issue. Helped that the chungus was my station every double chungus round. Add control is the biggest issue I have had with randoms. Kill your adds and we will have a good time.

Crit is 51% and crit damage is 48, would be higher on the gunner spec.

What is your lmg damage? Crit is okay with lmgs but awp is usually better unless you are running an MG5 with high rpms.

Okay I would say you want to get to about 70% DTE and about 70% AWP+LMG damage. Get a mask with Hard hitting 1 red and health. Roll your highest damage to elites number on that mask. You should be able to get 45% total on just the mask with normal grinding.
8% dte holo sight and 5%dte muzzle is another 13%
Then just add a couple more hard hitting talents on your other gear and you will be over 70

For Weapon damage I suggest petrov backpack with hard hitting (roll your highest weapon damage strat) assume 8%. Gloves look for passive talent roll 9%LMG+. Chest try to get hard hitting roll weapon damage again assume 10%. Spec 15%+9+8+10+10(petrov piece) + Unhinged talent lmg 20%. Maximize any red mod slots with lmg mods. That will get you over the hump
No skill build is raid viable unless it can have damage as well. You will be running revive hive and heals as a new person so OTR isn't really viable.

Usually Unbreakable for survivability, high Damage To Elites (60+? 70+? Highest you get), highest All Weapon Damage and Weapon Specific damage you can get, pick your favorite weapon usually LMG or AR
Or Zerk with Clutch and high critical build (that may be more difficult to build though)
In general if you can survive level 4 control point on your own without wipe, you are good to go

Unbreakable helps but isnโt needed tbh,in my 40 clears so far ive never seen the need for it,sure it does help in certain situations and its not a bad thing to have,but isnโt needed imo

a good alternative to unbreakable and revive hive is defended drone. it might take 10-20 seconds more than unbreakable to get off of cooldown, but itโs still pretty great

@swift owl i run a crit headshot build with the eagle bearer as a primary and an m60 as a secondary to deal with those pesky drones. i can hit 200k crit headshots with the eagle bearer and absolutely shred any yellow bars
i use defender drone and healing chems for my skills. with a talent like tenacity on the eagle bearer, the defender drone is pretty important
not using berserk either, i just find the drawbacks of berserk and tenacity to be horrid. maybe on things outside of raids, but i find that you need all the tankiness you can get, but if you can make it work, more power to you.

with weapon damage attributes and whatnot, if you can get 20-24k base damage with allegro and some active talent based off your build then youโre solid. people typically go for optimist, ranger or measured. @swift owl

When you go to your stats page, there is a weapon damage value
Make sure it's your p416 equipped. The way you calculate your base damage of the weapon is to go (Weapon Damage Value)/(Weapon Damage % + Assault Rifle Damage %)
But it's hard to explain it like that so the easier way to know conceptualize it is add your WD% + ARWD% then divide it by 100 then add 1
SO if you had 50% Assault rifle damage and 25% weapon damage you go (50+25)/100
Which gives you 0.75, then add 1 to give 1.75

So for p416 the max roll is 14322
So you calculate the base damage of your p416 and see how close it is to 14322

yeah lfg is pretty lame, โlf players, must have 3 7 7 build with 100000000 dps and 50 completions WILL CHECK AND INSPECT BUILDโ
only way new players will learn is by being allowed in experienced lfgโs
at least with the story mode matchmaking people can find a group that way

apply to a clan in the #td2-clan-recruitment some are purely for very experienced folk. But look for the social clans. they tend to be active and ill experienced raiders welcomed. Quite a ferw, I would imagine, will walk you through the raid to get the experience required. I do 2 fats raids a day and one teaching one every other day pretty much in the clan I am in.
You could lose 10 dte in favour of AWD/AR damage tbh. armour is fine.

So the easiest way would be to calculate how many bullets you can shoot in one second
So lets say with a p416 you would go 750/60 which is 12.5 bullets per second
After that you would go to firing range and put the target on elite then shoot the body and shoot the head
Then record those values

So for e.g. if your headshot damage was 100k damage per shot on an elite then you would go 100000 x 12.5 to give you your dps
So your HS damage would be 1.25mil dps
That's why shooting range dps is really dishonest coz when you do the math you realise your dps recorded in the shooting range spits out numbers that are impossible

I was about to write question on support forum for that ...
You can get killed or at least downed to make it work again for a while
Apparently it gets bugged after being hit by EMP or disrupt, like Medic's EMP grenade or Doggo's EMP upon death
Kill yourself when in combat, or swap set and back when out of combat to make it work.
Other than that ... the set still does not work for whole raid assemble, only for group.

Work Around: Do not fire your marksman rifle while you are disrupted, switch to a side arm or secondary non MMR weapon and use that for the duration. Doing this I was able to go an entire raid without the set bugging.
Reported 4 weeks ago at least, no fix as of yet
