Well you need those keys to open crates that are found on every 3rd floor. Those crates have a chance to drop components for Ridgeway's Pride.
Every 3rd floor, such as 63, 66 and 69 will have secret room with these crates that look kind of like the stash or the crates from the Raids.

There is a guaranteed chest once every 3 rooms, you should only be getting 1 key some point between the last chest and the next one.

It's often the case where you need to shoot a lock off and sometimes the chest is flat-out just next to the entrance to the following area.
Working backwards once you have the key helps a lot.

We did get some more lore, though.
The first audio logs are basic "introducing the Rogue agent" and don't show much other than Dusk gives a shit about the True Sons under her command, not that that matters, because she's still a traitor for no good reason so she gets what she deserves.
The last audio log seems to indicate that Schaeffer is questioning the price of maintaining these rogue agents to Faye.
Seems that Faye Lau came to Schaeffer with a plan for Black Tusk to fund rogue agents, but with the audio logs we have so far, it seems Schaeffer's boss didn't really take to this plan, and Schaeffer himself was questioning whether it was practical. This has likely led to what we all see as Schaffer bringing in Hunters to clean them up and tie off loose ends.

well here a theory regarding the hunters and the summit, see that giant satellite that crashed into the roof top ? Maybe it is some sort of a Rogue Anna network stuff, so the rogues entered the building with their gangs etcs, ,and since it is valuable info, the hunters have been dispatched by the Solokov family to steal the intel as well, but since they are the sneaky type, they somehow managed to avoid all the fireteams and we somehow managed to catch up with them at floor 100

To add to the BT/hunter speculation; BT are the only NPCs I've seen the hunters leave alone. When I did all the hunters, they would attack any NPC in the area if they were near (The Snitch actually killed Demon for me lol). However, when BT was near, they would leave them alone and both would attack me.
This could be the models being identical so they view each other the same AI wise or it could be that they work with each other.

That hunter may be one of bardon's cronies and is trying to tie up loose ends, as during the comms from the manhunt it seems that the manhunt rogues are starting to turn back to their original faction, against black tusk, and bardon just sends the hunter after them after they try to turn.
The hunter may be a boss or something during bardon's mission.

Maybe i'm overthinking, but... Rikers and the Hyena could try to work with each other at first, like the arms deal in TD1, but after some mess up, either by some hyena high on spice, or agents, they will be at war, and since Rikers are controlling the black market and Hyenas are the growing bunch, they will try to out gun and out sell each other in terms of firepower, drugs and maybe even tech (Even the Raid boss Lit. Gray uses spice) Cleans and Outcast will be actively trying to kill each other since one side is about burning out any thing that is potentially infected, and all of the Outcasts are actively using the virus or are infected themselves (the rusher) . The LMB, if the trailer for WONY is correct, some joined the JTF, while others joined the BT (Support and rusher), already killing them, and they are killing everyone ,so that's that. Rioters...maybe they become the Ambushers? i mean, in NY there's that balaclava wearing enemy with AK ,that is teamed up with the DC ambushers (trashcan lit guys, arrow guys, guy with HUGE bag), or maybe they went too crazy after all the crap and went underground and muted themselves or something . Last but not least, our hugging buddy the Hunters, with this season's manhunt the guys are pretty happily beheading everyone...enough said

As for the potential buddy up with division, or the other way round, i would go with BT and Cleaners, since both SHD and Cleaners are about the cleaning up of virus, cleaners are just too extreme with the fire, and since there's a literal viral faction out there, they could team up, i mean they are working fine with Rogues and even build that stupid EMP thing. And maybe, just maybe, BT, since judging from what Bradon says during the Manhunt, i'm getting the feeling that he is that type of guy who tries to be the good guy, but is doing the wrong thing, is like a stove is one fire, and he just toss the nearest bodies of liquid at it, not knowing it is oil. If by chance he lives after that, and his boss say something, maybe there could be a truce or ceasefire

The hunter's EMP, as far as i can see, is similar to the SHD's emp, it just has longer duration and range, as for the other 2 skills, it is just rogue agent skills, they even have the TD1 syringe armor heals

As for rioters, I think they were never a formal faction to begin with.
If a survivor decide to mug people with gun pointed in gangsta grip, he or she is rioter.
But thats like the reason why i like them, they have no ideology that they follow, they are doing what they do because they want sth and will take it.
As for hyenas, they definitely evolved themselves from splintering gangs to a bona fide faction.
Rikers did have an easier background to make themselves a faction, so i think remnants of two groups allying is a possibility.

Hyena's FBI full body SMG shield, spice buff, vapor buff grenade from medic, True son ironclad armor, riot foam roller, hardened foam, Outcast is out, but maybe the contact molotov instead of the incendiary grenade that the enemies could just roll out of the radius below it detonates, BTSU's suicide drone, marker drone that shoots, reviver drone, old LMB support hive, stinger AND support hive combo in one with WT heavy, shock grenade, lethal / radiation EMP that , does the "P" in pulsing , Riker 's Blitz flash shield , maybe even their "LMG mounted and loaded "thing , Cleaner bomblet drone, tar sentry , Undergrounder/Unchained 's DC 62 grenades or even the "poisoned" stat weapon, maybe adding to Oxider ?

A lot of those we kinda already have somewhat better versions of already, e.g. incendiary grenade with Mad Bomber.
But yeah some of those are interesting, I think eventually we'll see most added in one way or another.

i'm hoping more of an "argumentation" than actual weapon/skill mods if you know what i mean, stuff like "Tar Modification" and "Incendiary Payload Modification" that can be applied to the Artillery sentry and bombardier drone respectively that changes how the weapon functions , with some pros and cons, maybe lesser ammo firing speed, longer cool down etc, which trades for a "damaging riot foam" tar that stops enemies and burn them instead of the normal artillery ,or a bombardier drone that drops all the bomb in one spot instead of a "bombing run"
