In the 1st week or half week the keydrops were buggy in a way that the different ciphers didnt give u 1 key 100% but ( what i didnt know) they CAN give u more then 1 per cipher if u respawned hunters in different players instance @polar crane pretty much the long version, that got „fixed“ and for a few days after that no keys dropped at all

I don't have the evidence to back this up but it feels like armor damage never spills over to health (minus the few traits that enable this)

For example if they have 500 armor left and you do 1500 damage, it only does 500. Once the armor is removed, it's fair game.

Can someone tell me how the grenade launcher (demolitionist) dmg is calculated? The dmg varies a lot with every shot from like 600k - 900k and if I hit the npc directly it only does about 3k (all numbers are on armor)

So maybe someone can answer this for me....For the 1st week opening Large suitcases and duffle bags in the open world, I would sometimes get vanity items from RNG. However, I have not received anything in almost 3 weeks. I thought maybe I had everything but cross referencing with a friend, I definitely do not. I am talking about the white random gear you can find, not the apparel that you can by. I have 4 characters, none of them have received anything in 3 weeks. Is there a bug, or do I have the worst RNG in the Division 2?

you go touch the console, you salute 3 graves, you go touch the console again, a red circle light spawns outside the monument, and there's a giant circle of flags around the monument that it's referring to that has 3 upside down flags... 99% positive the hunter spawns at the semi truck on the NW side and nobody knows how to trigger him from that clue

honestly my personal opinion, the red circle light is 100% referring to circle of flags it's surrounded by with the 3 upside down flags, and there are lots of explosive barrels around the flags. it has something to do with blowing up the barrels and doing a final step afterwards to trigger him

no, once again, too deep, none of the ciphers are that deep and complex. people even went to the extreme of thinking that return to the first monument meant first division monument, the WH, or lincoln memorial based on concepts, but none of that is a reality. it will 100% be a random trigger at the WM at this point for the final step

Watched a video tonight of one thats in a trials game... some music would play, someone went into some audio software and broke down the music to discover some website that gave some cryptic message for days that ended up leading to real world locations that had boxes at them that gave more clues to like another box thats going to be in paris in like 2132 or something like that. 😛

It took a number of years to do it though and involved going to real world locations and technically, its not solved for like 100 years when this said box from this said secret is in paris, ready to be opened... and only 1 out of 5 keys from the other boxes that were located around the globe will open this said box.

You can, if you have a few D50's, craft a Kendra's Liberty, decounstruct that, which would in turn give you 2 exotic materials. Then you can simply play the missions again to gain the parts to craft the Liberty again.

I like the merciless. It's great for getting the undressed to kill achievement where you need to strip a tank of its armor and then kill him. Shoot him enough with all five charges and all the armor just pops off.

And it does great damage if you hit with all charges.

the reason why i personally dont think the stalkers are part of this is because the other riddles where perfectly consistent - there was absolutely nothing up to chance - that doesnt mean that this one will 100% have the same rules but unless you find something absolutely consistent id say its a dead end

Every enemy you damage over a certain amount gets a debuff:

Red: decreases damage dealt by the target.
White: restores armor per bullet to players that shoot the target.
Blue: grants an amount of skill haste when hit.

these setbonuses are hardly as defining as the first gear sets released in Div1 but they definitly have their use depending on the build. they all feel like more being supportive focussed. which makes sense given how heroic difficulty is supposed to work

I even forgot part of the hardwired 6p bonus. kills by skills reset skill cooldowns and skills that finish cooldowns or reach max charges give bonus damage and repair for x seconds.

Checkpoint is so annoying. Literally cleared one check point, went to help with another checkpoint thats getting attack, half way to another checkpoint to take over; my first checkpoint has been taken over by the enemy again...wtf

just a tought, when you start a new char, the start is that the outskirts for the upcoming dlc in the summer 2019? the houses of that place fits the photo of the dlc image style. and later at the start when we revive the agent, we come to a cutscene when you see a hover craft is that the blacktusk?! since some pics have been leaked on the tribal basin.. its just a thought? what do u think

the bay area it says on the map, right before you get the gun. there is a mapstand
