The fuzzies are the Monument Hunters I've been talking about. After you kill Ghost and Spectre, two random Hunters appear on top of the Monument in two locations, but they don't come often and disappear if you're anywhere near them (fast-travelling will 80% of the time make them leave).

At the UNITE cypher, if you somewhat follow the direction of the ring light, there is a single forklift with the break lights on, Most of the fork lifts i have seen don't have their lights on. Beside this forklift a "stalker" spawns on the roof.

A: This is actually one of the more common misconceptions. The โHuntersโ that people claim have spawned at or near the Washington Monument are in fact Stalkers, and do not drop specific masks. Stalkers, if they can successfully be killed before they flee the area will drop a mask that you have not collected yet. This does not mean that they are the solution to the puzzle. Weโve tested this by having someone go and kill several stalkers solo while having 0 masks unlocked. He ended up getting 2 Crimson drops, not the previously expected Ghost and Spectre. There are 8 ciphers in the world, 6 of them were solved and you got 6 keys by killing hunters (100% drop rate). The 2 remaining ciphers are decoded but not solved. If you only want masks, you can wander around the map and stalker hunters will spawn randomly if you oneshot them, they'll drop a random mask, but not a key.

Yea, spent some time trying it out just to make sure, never saw the shadow point towards the 3rd grave. First grave is hit around 11 (am/pm) and second around 2 (am/pm) but 3rd grave never hit. Shadows disappear when transitioning between day/night and night/day and the only time the shadow is even somewhat close (off by ~20 degrees) is around 6 am.

little explanation too - there is very faint static at the location a hunter spawns (not neccisarily the interaction point to trigger him) that whas noticed near the monument and confirmed to be at every spot as long as you havent killed the hunter yet - at that place that static was noticed too and so the hunt began ๐

For me the christmas tree only spawned 3, I had to walk out to the building on the east side of the park to trigger the 4th one. Try that Paul, just on the other side of the park to the right
