Nope, it was constantly showing on the map, without the arrow. It was also not letting me see certain enemies health bars. I had to reboot my entire system.

is it normal to see a ladder just disconnected from a building? ive gone up it in prior patches but its a good 3 feet out from the building now same with the spray paint on the wall its where the wall should be and the ladder isnt climbable now, is that an in instance thing or?

My strategy is to aggro and use cover to cover to pull back 100m, then wait for them to push and also snipe them off one by one. Yes, seriously.

Hello all,

Is it only me who:

-Still getting below 50% stats rolled on armour pieces?
-Rainbow rolls on most of the armour pieces. What to with a 90% good roll with all stats are entirely different?

I am farming for alps summit backpack almost for 3 hours now, I didnt get a backpack with skill haste and skill repair. Most of it comes with full red or blue. Feels weird TBH.

@lofty heart I’ve had that happen yeah. I think the issue was when my drone got turned on right as an emp was thrown at me, and the game registered it as out but disabled, so as I progressed it stayed like that. The only way I found to undo it was die and respawn, unfortunately.

The only way to clear the exclamation point ! in the menu and Inbox is to quit/reopen the game from the xbox menu.

Hi,
I have little bit problem with my game after the last update.
At the Thursday night I can normally play the game. But next morning Is be game totally unplayable.
My fps is now 50-2
CPU is at 90%.

I trying reinstall game, set game to the low quality, but nothing works.

I hate how unstable this game is. Geforce is telling me that max settings should be fine but it varies from 40-60fps with sub 50 being the norm in most areas.

I'm not aware of any, but this game has had so many problems for me that haven't been fixed since launch. Generally I have to run it without the in-game overlay as it stops it from launching.

Whoa. Ultrawide is harder than traditional screen resulution. I played ultrawide 3400x1400 and was lowest fps with dx12 then tried to play dx11 playble but 65hz refresh rate is bad. So I decided to buy 1440p monitor with high refresh rate (165hz).
That new monitor is fantastic support dx12 and higher refresh rate plus hdr.
I did not change video card.

I have a lvl30 exotic dodge city holster, from before the update. I tried to reconfigure it to level 40, have all the requirements but still cannot craft it, anyone else experiencing this? Hey everyone, anyone that uses the Hard Wired set here? I'm also using the chestpiece with the Talent 'Short Circuit' which reduces the cooldown from 20s to 10s. But it's not working and the cooldown stays 20s. The weird thing is it USED to work a little while but suddenly stopped working. I already restarted etc.. anyone have the same issue and knows a fix?

My weapon would not fire at all sometimes for upto 10-15 seconds. I have been told it is due to lag, but I can deploy skills(can't throw them with Mouse 1 but deploy them with double press), damage the enemies with them and take damage from enemies. I just cannot shoot my weapon. I was a sitting duck in a raid yesterday and I was infuriated. Never had this before TU10 and its like every update brings new bugs. Does anyone know of a fix, coz ubisoft support does not support their product apparently!

I cannot load my seasons menu. I get stuck on the splash screen/screen saver/background image...I've walked away to see if it was just taking time and 10 min later...its still there any known fix for this bug. It happened last season but one of the patches fixed it. couldnt do half the year one seasons and might not be able to do year 2 until they fix the problem..any help please mention me @subtle storm

So I managed to fix my crashing, seems to be a problem with 446.14 drivers, DDU + installed the newest 451.xx drivers despite DDU’ing multiple times, and set my NVCP settings, and now I’m able to play for like 5+ hours without crashing (obviously standing up every so often for an eye break)

Can anyone help me with Hard Wired set? When i use skill, it doesnt lower/reset cooldown for my 2nd skill. Instead, the skill goes back to full cooldown. For example i have 6 charges of chem launcher, i use shield, chem launcher shows 24sec cooldown, once the cooldown is over i have no stacks left. Instead of getting another charge, i lose all charges and every time i use shield, chem goes on 24sec cooldown. I looked on reddit, tried equipping backpack last and i tried swapping skill order. Didnt help. Does anyone have any idea what to do?

Hey guys, I just installed the game (well, technically a few hours ago) and have been playing for roughly half an hour'ish. After reaching DC, I'm getting "Bravo-11" errors about Uplay stopping to work. I reinstalled Uplay, it hasn't changed a thing (including reboot, btw). I'm trying to google stuff, but can't find anything workable.

If it matters, it's running on a Ryzen 3600X,32GB,RTX 2070. Help please 😦

Ahoy, I just completed the Iron Horse raid but do not have any of the rewards. It shows as completed at the pilot but neither the blueprint for Regulus or Welder Mask/Old Guard appear in my inventory. Is there a delay ? Has it happened to anyone else ? I coulnd't find any info online 😦

Updated the game recently, tried to play the new raid but I'm unable to. says I have to change to Discovery which I cant becaus the difficulty grayed out. So I switch to the first raid, change difficulty to discovery, then switch back to Iron horse with the discovery difficulty. However, it won't let me matchmake even then, says "under maintenance"...help please

@clear willow Had the same thing happen yesterday. Had to swap to jammer pulse to temp disable it and damage him. Then rinse and repeat ad nauseum. Drone icon never vanished from above his head but no drone was visible or shootable.

The sticky bomb has a Double firing bug. It happens every now and then, but it happens when I trigger the PEM. Until one day it occurred that numerous shots went off, and acted like sticky explosive bombs.

Ensure to not be near the area before the actual time, was noon I think.
I used to wait till noon and then start from the WH or the CP nearby or the classified location to get there a bit after noon. @lofty heart

Hm weird. You usually just get the pieces, turn them in to Inaya to activate the High noon saloon project and then go there shortly after noon.
You just have to ensure to not be there too early and to actually check inside the bar since they're inside.
What we do if it's bugged for someone, find people in your platform's lfg channel who also need it, group up and do it all in their session.
Or find people who already got it and run holster targeted loot areas with them.

a problem thats has been happening a lot for me is when i use a skill, grenade, armor kit or anything like that one example is when i use the crusader shield it will look like it is activated but i still take damage or with armor kits instead of healing will slowly regen my armor and other things like this does anyone know the problem

UPlay should have already added itself to the firewall rules if not, prompted you, that takes care of Div 2 needing firewall permissions, since Uplay Handles the game.

@tranquil vessel - but if you want, to add a .exe to the firewalls list, open up Windows Settings, type in "Firewall" in the search box top left corner of Settings window, then click "Allow a app through the firewall", now, this brings up a new window, click the button that says "Allow Another App" , yet another window pops up, click "BROWSE", find the Div 2 exe and double click it. then click ADD. OK and/or Apply everything and close all of it out. Division 2 is now in your firewall rules and can be configured

I'm PS4/PSN: HebrewGamer509 Returning player When BTU 9 Update Hit! I deconstructed all my level 30 Exotics including the Lullaby and Ruthless that were preordered exclusives. then a month or so later they give the option to bring previous lv 30 exo! to 40. However sense I already deconstructed my Lullaby and Ruthless! The Ruthless Blue Print still remains and was able to reconfigured it however the Lullaby blue point from preordered bonus disappears preventing me from doing so. This morning also after the update! I did have a merciless in my stash and a Ruthless Exo howver I don't know if it's because of this morning Updates!!! I see Two Ruthless! And My merciless is no where to be found.... How can I go about this guys? I spend lots of time grinding for my collections.

but before when there would be the boxes that they gave when completing the experience bar they would show me that it was level 515 and the items were above 510 but now nothing is higher than level 500 so the team that stayed at level 515 will be that for all life because I have no way to get to 515 with the items given to me.

From what I can gather it's not going to be any better for non-wony players since the loot is still going to be based on the difficulty of the mission, and there are is no global difficulty setting or directives in base game so you have to take that into account when farming.

has anyone had the issue of completing a mission in this game only for all the work you just did to be reset without you actually resetting a mission I wanted to go to the last checkpoint but the game made the last saved checkpoint at the beginning im not redoing the whole mission so what in the world did I just get a bug that makes you actively want to quit playing this game. i have a problem with the game it just keep freezing(crash) after 5 to 30mins or so i have trying to fix it what i could find on the internet but it just wont work i did try to contact ubisoft but there arent any ppl to live chat with because of corona what am i suppose to do i just want to play the game 😦 i have even send my comp back for check up if my comp was not working well but they couldnt find anything wrong with it

I have a SHEPHERD BUG. When I got Division 2, I always heard "Agent requesting backup" sound. Now I never hear it and I know people are needing help as I still see SHEPHERD ranked players. I just never get the alarm no matter what settings I change in the UI. I changed Friends Only, Friends & Clan to All - and nothing changes. I don't hear any backup requests anymore after I reached SHEPHERD Rank 27 pre-WONY.

Would appreciate help, my game freezes and stutters once in while. Most often I drop frames and then the game freezes for a few seconds, sometimes the game freezes completely.

I have every setting on low or turned off, except sharpness (10) and object detail (30). Game is installed on SSD. Nvidia RTX 2060 super, intel i5-6400. Yes, I know my cpu is outdated. ISLC is running when I play. I have some nvidia settings on, one of them is v-sync set to "fast" to avoid screen tearing. I also limit frames on nvidia to 65 or 75.

Anyone else running into the invincible Keener glitch where he is immune to everything. My team and I take out his drone but it still shows he is invincible. {Update} It eventually fixes itself we died a couple times and then it began to play normally.

I should be able to get a consistent 60fps at low-medium settings with these specs. Right now I have all settings turned down to low, resolution set to 900p and resolution scaling is at the lowest (50% iirc).
However, I'm still getting very frequent frame drops and dips. If nothing is going on, I'm able to get 60fps, but the moment an enemy loads onto the screen my frame rate completely tanks, dropping down to 1 to 2 fps. I also initially had the issue of enemy models not showing up, although that's not an issue anymore.

Any advice on this would be very much appreciated

what fixes crashing for me usually (even on DX12)
set every application from uplay.exe to Low priority > Start div2 (will be low priority) and make sure you do not run Discord overlay, steamover lay or that Wolf thing from Teamspeak, these cause you to crash too

@jovial grove Make sure to download and play around with Nvidia Control Panel. You'll see Division 2 title in the library (else you need to add it manually). Make sure GPU is set to your SPECIFIC model of Nvidia GPU.

Anyone know if Massive knows that on Xbox, the mission summary scores are whack? I see such bad score keeping it just makes players want to hate the game who are doing massive dmg and seeing nothing to reflect that on the Mission Summary Page (end mission screen). I myself have joined in missions late in it and get 200+ kills with 1billion plus damage so I know its not legit. And I seen players who were barely playing who get 2billion and 100+ kills... this is on Xbox and has been not working right since it began. It does work occasionally, but not consistently.

@umbral grail I'd be looking at reinstalling the game, but first take a look at Task Manager on PC, and see what else is running and how hard your HDD/SDD is being slammed for when running the game. If you're using HDD, run DEFRAG and SFC /SCANNOW. Bad sectors on an HDD will cause all sorts of weird errors especially when your PAGEFILE.SYS file happens to be sitting on a bad sector. Make sure the game is using NVIDIA control panel correctly with your correct GPU model number as this will cause a lot of strange behavior too.

If your using SDD, try running DISM (google that and all commands to help check your windows files for corruption).

#

With 8 GB of RAM you're going to be hitting that Pagefile a helluvalot for Div 2. So make sure you run the HDD/SDD things I mentioned. Also make sure you don't have some managed system paging file size set too low. Some OEM's do that to increase the speed of demonstrations, so set it back to Windows Managed Size.

@violet basin When Div 2 was open beta, Sound/Audio was the #1 issue. They fixed it eventually, but yeah I do get the intermittent sound bugs every so often. Is it a standard issue. btw, I'm on Xbox, but sound was universally bugged even after open beta.

@dense zenith May be wrong, but if I were you I'd seriously unplug the PS4, clean it with an airgun before using it again. Overheating is the #1 sign of bad things to electronics. Thermal contraction and expansion creates serious micro tears in the silicon and metals... Clean, uninstall old games, don't install most-played games on an external HDD USB drive, install it to SDD in all cases, and then move it to an archive drive if you still want it around and not have to download it again. I have mine on its own fan assembly where it resides upon. And even with that it still hits up to 35C. But at least its manageable.

CAN YOU PLEASE FIX....these dam grenades. there is nothing you can do when you are getting bombarded by multiple NPC with a smg style grenade launcher. You say you fixed them and how accurate they are but i call BS. They are worse then Sniper Shotguns. I am not new to this game and this seems to be worse then before.

@earnest basin For the last 4 months I been getting that simple hard-lock of the game. Something they did to the UI is doing this intermittent (hard-to-find) bug. Its most likely a memory leak that is allowing code to jump on to other code that was supposed to be in memory but over-written. Its definitely a Massive issue.

memory leak is an infamous term for sloppy code. and since some missions fail to be 100% bug free, I can pretty much assume there's more sloppy code than there needs to be.

@dark dock make sure the weapon (pistol) you want to extract that core attribute isn't a favorite. I had that issue. What I did was craft a bunch of pistols and junked most of it and kept the ones with the max stats... kept it in inventory than transferred them to the recalib library.

Hello clearly there is something wrong with my account... In the Dark hours raid I can't get keys for reasons I don't know... When I reach the key, the boxes are already opened.. Ok so I have a MAJOR issue. I am behind on the folks but making solid progress and catching up but this issue is holding me back. One of Termite's OBJs is to Liberate 2 Control points in Downtown West Washington DC. I have they are both green BUT it says on the side of my screen 1/2. There is an error in the Neurotic Hunter's spawn, which he is not spawned, and the static in the HUD remains. Even when you approach the Hunter's Spawn site, the static increases a little, but it is not spawned.

The static effect usually is applied in the general area of the hunters' spawn location even without them spawning, I imagine that's intentional and serves as a way to find those locations

Nah, sometimes it happens elsewhere. Your hud gets all fuzzy like when you're fighting hunters, if you look around you might be able to spot a shadowy figure watching you who will disappear in a smoke cloud as soon as you spot them.

Disable antiviruses and try to make as much resources for the game as possible (shut down all unnecessary background applications) and make sure you dont have Discord/Overwolf overlay running
The antivirus part is, of course, a temporary measure
Please dont post the same message in multiple channels, one is enough

I've noticed that Discord overlay works notably bad with Div2, so make sure to have that disabled. Me personally, and a lot of my game buddies have major FPS drops (we're talking losing around 30-40 frames of 60 a second) if it's running, usually from RAM overload but sometimes CPU too

Does everyone (on Xbox) trust the mission summary scores? Its getting worse each time I see it. yesterday I joined a few already in progress missions, killed a dozen enemies and got the #1 pole position (yet again) with 100+ kills and out DPSing everyone. Kind of sucks.

Let alone when I am helping an entire team of noobs through a mission and get last position with 30 kills and 100m total... that's rather disheartening too.

Hope they remove it if they can't fix it. It makes me not want to play the game each time I see it and think why bother... when some noob in mismatched gear out DPS's my all hard-farmed god-rolled gear and outfront plowing the road type of gameplay and the mission summary has their score up by 1,000mil (which would be impossible) as they sat back and barely fired their weapon out of cover.

The only number that seems consistently right to me is accuracy. Occasionally it seems like it's combining numbers from a teammate into mine

Sometimes the total damage dealt by the team (even when we're not using the turret or drone, which we know doesn't show up in the mission stats) just doesn't make any sense. Like 500M total for a 4 man team running Manning National Zoo on heroic. There's no way we can kill all those enemies with just 500M damage

I'm having a huge issue with game performance with FPS for division2

I watch 16 videos so far and none of them helped me I even lowered it down to the lowest settings on that the game lets me go I even did Nvidia control panel checked if everything was updated

everything I found and did,did not help me at all

so I came to this group to see if anyone can help me out

it doesn't matter what I do even when I'm standing still in the White House my FPS drops my screen freezes just a little bit then it goes back to normal I run around my screen freezes again and my fps drops with it even happens when I'm killing enemy it just tanks my fps is there anyway I can get this fixed or manage it so it doesn't do it too much

if im not using discord i get 200 to 250 fps and if i run with discord i get 156 200 fps but my screen freezes and my fps drops to 5 fps every two minutes or so it does the same thing even in the lowest setting possible I even tried limiting it to 60fps in the game settings and it gives me the same issue

Right click on your Volume icon on your taskbar, and go to Volume Mixer, and see if Division 2 isn't muted.

If its not muted, test your audio in other applications/games to see if its not a problem with your audio drivers

#

Go to Device Manager >> Sound, video and game controllers >> your audio driver >> Disable and Re-enable it.

If still nothing happens, manually un-install your audio driver and re-install it

Hey ppl....I'm playing the game using my MSi GT72s laptop and for some reason my right click on both mouse and laptop keeps flicking upwards every time i aim at something ....even when I'm in cover...i point to where I'll shoot ...right click aim...and it just aims somewhere else randomly upwards and some times downwards ... can anyone help me on how to fix it???...Again its not just my mouse ....its on my mousepad too!!

Anyone got an idea what can cause this when i want to go to dz and entering the dz from the the light zone im teleported to middle of dz ending up being trapped in the cp because no door opens. if i teleport to a mission then i can go rogue in a mission an can kill teammates but they cant damge me

Since last night, my Division 2 game is getting a black screen randomly, every 20 minutes or so, and then I have to alt+tab and get an error message and I lose all progress and have to restart. When the black screen is on displaay, I can still hear the game, but no video whatsoever. Ryzen 3700X, 16GB RAM, RTX2080

I'm only on World Tier 2, and had absolutely no problems before in this game. And this is only happening with Division 2

Reinstall your GPU drivers using DDU, undo all overclocking if there is, make sure it's not overheating and monitor usage in-game (just have task manager in the background, play for a minute and check the graphs)

I would add, change to window borderless. A lot of my friends had issues with standard full screen.
And use dx11 instead of dx12.

@strange abyss If you dont click on your desktop or other windows, once you click launch on uplay. It should start in fullscreen. Don't know why but this is how it is. Basically don't lose the focus when you launch.

not just focus to another monitor. But even if u click anywhere outside on the same display where your game loads, will have this effect. the timing at which the game thinks the focus is lost is not sure though. So its better to not click anywhere until the game starts loading.

@frank peak It does that if you join someone else's game. Recommend starting the matchmaker on your own map through matchmaking. Otherwise its hit or miss oftimes.

the one you won when you bought the game? you don't. You have to farm for another exotic named Merciless, then you'll use the blueprint on your craft bench to transform it into ruthless.

Hello. I've encountered an issue. Whenever someone joins my session, the whole OS acts as if the ctrl key is permanently pressed. So when I press Esc key it will only activate the app icons on my taskbar and I can't quit the game other than using Task Manager. I've checked that I turned off all sticky key options. Any advise?

TBH your issue is a weird one. Make sure you contact official support as maybe they can be more helpful.

@slim canopy FYI "The Delta-03 error code is a bad connection to The Division 2 servers. " so you have a connection issue on your end.

There is a strange encounter while using a controller to play TD2 on PC.

Sometimes when I press RT to fire (other buttons work fine), my controller vibrates for quite a long time and then shuts down itself.

This never happens to other games, only on TD2, quite frequent and solution to this problem normally is restarting the game.

Anyone know what's this about and is there a long-term solution? (using Xbox Elite Series 2 controller)

Does anyone stream division 2? I just built a PC last month with an i9 9900k, 2080 super (rip, laugh at me) and the game runs awesome, but the stream is laggy and choppy. It’s the only game so far that is choppy on stream.

you cant turn it off BUT you can hide it, but then it hides your project tracking (if you use that). in UI settings you can grab it and yeet it off the screen 😄

Hey, someone. I have a bug. I playin in Warlods of New York, discovered Space Administration and looking for special loot containers and I have a but in the sewage.
I guess we need to kill the boss to take a key from the room with special technologies loot but key didn't spawn after killing the boss and boss doesnt spawn again too.
Help, how I could fix this and take a container?

Ubisoft stats can't track individual clan XP earned higher than a 4 byte signed int (2,147,483,647) and when you hit that cap it no longer tracks total XP either. You can see this issue rather obviously, by looking at the TRN leaderboard, which gets its data from Ubisoft: https://tracker.gg/division-2/leaderboards/stats/all/XPClan?page=1

hi all, anyone else having issues with STRANDED TANKER this week? the fire tower does not activate.
Wiped, did it on challenging, heroic, hard. Each time the fire tower does not activate (so you can't destory it)

Summit issue. Can't skip the briefing cutscene, which then repeats. No way out of it. Unfortunate start to a new game mode. Anyone have any advice or did I find one of the newest "features"?

Well it seems we have to wait. Since someone said before if we do a verification and find the corrupted or missing diles it will not download because it will see the drive asa fulled up. So patience is the only solution for now.

Well there are a lot of factors here. Try to update if possible something else if the speed is differenr check if you accidently changed the downloading speed.

Do you have steam librwry games?? try to downlosd something from there see the speed then uninstall if you dont want it. If its different, the factors could be either services are hecked up either something with the uplay client or something unknown snd you eill need someone with more knowledge than me. Nonetheless try running uplay as an administrator.

having the probs with the manhunt cut sen for the past 4hrs had to reload 11 times bthe last time I was playing the summit died wiped and the manhunt cutsen came up had too reload agin If this is not sorted pdq I will leave the div2 so I hope some is listening😥

To all of you that are encountering the infinite loop cutscene from.the manhunt. Just don't do anything (like see season track, manhunt option from the map and season pass vendor whoevee he is outside of the white house) since it will trigger this bug or whatever it is. If you are stuck spam escp like others said or escp+f ,otherwise altf4 and dont do it until its fixed. It is frustrating guys been there the only thing we can do is wait. Also dont do verification some repprted that it will bug and wont donwloand the missin/corrupted files.
Note: I'm not official or moder or whatever i just stumped apon this feature and trying to informe you guys.
