That's weird, I tried to upgrade my Nemesis exotic but when I did, it still remained Lvl 30 and is considerably worse than my current Lvl 40 MMR. Anyone else getting this?

Played the game yesterday worked fine, after the update every time I launch the game it quickly goes to a black screen and nothing loads.

All my other games work perfectly fine and load in.
Division 2 is the only game that will just stay at a black screen and not load what so ever. Similar to the division 1 black screen of death.

I have a ryzen 5 2600, a vega 56, and 8gb of ram. My game usually runs at 60+ fps though It randomly spikes down to 1-2 fps for absolutey no reason, I have confirmed its not the components getting too hot. I also know none of the parts are defective.

@pulsar rapids I've noticed that too, for me the only mask that's bugging out in my inventory is the hard wired rhodeswood ar mask and once i hover over the mask in my inventory the rest of my gear doesn't show their details either

Hello all. Im constantly getting disconnected with delta 3 error. Played just fine without issue from when i first purchased the game (some point last week) right up till approx yesterday at about 430-5pm and now i cant reliably stay connected for more than 15mins. My internet speeds and ping are, in general, what they should be and i dont have issues with connectivity in any other game, including the division 1. The issue is exclusive to div2. Any suggestions as to how to fix this?

Did some more diagnosing on my crashing issues. It seems that, according to Event Viewer, this is the cause:

Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered.

My computer isn't overheating, and my drivers are current. It happens irrespective of being set to DX11 or DX12 mode. I have a 1070 so it's not an issue of having a bad card, and I have this issue with no other games whatsoever...what's the deal?

Hey everyone, I ran into a really nasty bug. Gonna mark for spoilers, so dont worry, you have to click the boxes to see them, as it is hunter related. So i was|| doing the civic center duo, and got to the final battle.|| I bit off more than i could chew, and ended up dying. Went back,|| both were gone. || So i relogged and went back to the beginning of the process. I got to the part where ||you get the key out of the washing machine, but the apartment door was already open, meaning i couldnt use the key. This blocked me from scanning the wall, and has made it impossible to do the final encounter and get either of the masks. Hunters|| are my favorite part of the game and I am deepy disheartened by this, but i think i know a workaround. If i find someone who is yet to do the process, i might be able to do|| the final encounter ||with them, and still get|| the masks and off white keys||. Anyone willing to help who hasnt done it yet, please msg me, i would be extremely grateful, as i beat the campaign asap to get to|| hunter... hunting.|| lol. Thnx.

My friend is stuck on WT3. He was on WT2 when I helped him clear the 2nd stronghold (District Union) but his world tier didn't get upgraded. Although he was able to upgrade his workbench.

He now proceeded to solo the last stronghold (Capitol) which promoted him to WT3. The problem is that Tidal Basin is now locked out because his District Union is marked as not completed.

I dont know if anyone else has encountered this issue. But last night, I entered New York, with my friend who was already LEVEL 40. He joined on me, we did the 'tutorial' mission to get to Haven. Upon getting there, when it came to speak to Rhodes, the door to his office wasn't active. Bugged out. My friend left group, to see if it would help, nope. I logged out, and logged back in.....and had ot do the whole mission again, BUT, doing it solo, allowed me to enter the door to Rhodes. HERE IS THE ISSUE. My friend for some reason CANNOT join on me anymore, on UPLAY, the 'join game' option is greyed out for both of us. Even when we both are at a SAFEHOUSE doing nothing. Its like the game is telling him to complete the first mission yet he is LEVEL 40....Any clues to why this is happening?

@night canopy not sure about the Delta errors but my buddy was having frame drops until he updated his Nvidia driver. After the driver update his fps was back like it was before update. The driver update specifically mentions it's game ready for warlords

Guess i post it here. Those Directives seem nice, same as the Underground in Div1. Only thing about them is... Players have to focus on Skill Tech. If you get no armor rec it will be like you lvl from 1-40, its only doable in a group with a healer. So you have to adjust dmg to make healers able to react on incoming dmg to any ally.

There's been connections with Easy Anti-Cheat causing stuttering, lowering it to lowest CPU priority and only one core helped me massively when I was playing on my last computer. RGB programs have also been tied to causing EAC problems when running in the background.

Something to do with the loading and verifying process is my best guess, because I had the issue regardless of my graphics settings. You can't touch the Division's process in task manager but EAC can be modified. Just my 2c.

Can anybody help me? the game is unplayable at some point. My game freezes every time i use any type of Drone ability once it expires and dies, this includes every other player's/or npc's drone.

I have clean latest windows 10 build (not an update, clean install), latest Nvidia Drivers and nearly clean system installed few weeks ago.

Hey guys! Has anybody an idea what to do if i get the msg "complete activation to enable matchmaking" when trying to matchmake in the matchmake menue? when i call for backup in the SHD menue i get "other player cannot join you". When I try to join a friends game I get "you cannot join other players". I finished Keener and matchmaking worked for a while... then it stopped after i helped a friend at the start of new york

I'm getting frame micro stuttering in the Space HQ map. CPU usage is still too high for what this game should be, especially for my CPU, but it's not what's causing the stuttering so I'd appreciate it if y'all could look into it please ❤️ It started during the Dish Defence objective and remains within the Access research and development objective.

i understand that they wanted to make the game a tad bit harder because it was easier before the expansion. This is fine because I can run basically anything solo with this build I have (including heroics). But the MOMENT i want to matchmake, the squad scaling is absurd and ridiculous. The enemies have a stupid amount of health/armor and do insane damage. What is the point in playing with other people if it truly makes the game annoying and unenjoyable to play? of course if everyone is coordinated enough, this would not be as big of an issue, but that is a lot to ask for. Is this intentional or is this getting looked at because I would like to play with people

Hey, I just tried to do the first and second DZ recon missions, but each time I uploaded map data, it would just put me right into the normal DZ. No mission. And now the missions and their rewards are no longer available even after relogging. It gave me the missions' associated echoes but that's it.

Each time I enter the DZ room for the first time after relogging, I see the room for a few seconds before getting sent to a loading screen as if the game's trying to start the recon mission, but nothing happens afterwards.

I have a vega 56 (8gb version) ryzen 5 2600, and 8gb of ram and I have constant fps stutters (goes down to like 2 fps) Though when not stuttering it runs at 60+ fps. I know none of the hardware is defective and all of the hardware is at good temperatures while the game is running.

Game has run perfectly fine for the past year, but as soon as I installed WONY, I have a huge memory leak and the game is unplayable. At best, I'll get 5 seconds of lag every minute or so in combat, at worst the game takes 5 minutes to log in from start menu, I load in getting one frame every few seconds then I fall through the floor and the game crashes. It appears to be a memory leak because my ram fluctuates between 40% and 100% consistently, but I thought the memory leak issues were fixed a while back? Nothing on my PC has changed, all that changed was I installed the expansion. Is there anything I can do on my end that you guys are aware of? I've looked everywhere but all the posts I see are from a year ago when it was an everybody problem. I was looking forward to the expansion and this frustrating experience has ruined it for me.

Every time I want to play I have to sit through several black screen crashes to desktop. I've tried every fix suggestion I can find, and the only thing that works is to keep trying. I had about an hour to play earlier today and I spent about 40 mins trying to resolve the issue again (as usual). It's taken me 15 mins to just get to the character screen tonight. That's almost an hour of wasted time today alone. So frustrating.

The game itself has been more stable since switching from DX12 to DX11 though.

Yeah. Most frustrating is there's no clear solution to the problem. For me the ONLY thing that works is to keep trying. Some days I just give up. I can still get my fix on PS4 every now and then but it's hard as nails and the 30fps gives me a headache.

@sullen kernel It's a really weird glitch. Two solutions I found was before it loads into another screen, fast travel to another checkpoint or settlement before it loads. Then go back and that should fix it. Otherwise restarting the game works sometimes.

So, DX12 seems to cause crashes from time to time. Nothing in particular that causes it, it's really smooth then hard crash to desktop. Without even prompting "oops it crashed" dialog. The fix? Use DX11. However, that seems to have memory issues or leakage, there is microstutters and other weirdness and is not a smooth experience. Anyone else? Running 2070 Super, i7-6700k, 16 GB @ 2666 MHz (XMP). Ideas?

you can exit the DZ loading screen loop if you join somebody elses session who isn't in a checkpoint, however you are apparently unable to enter the DZ in your own session.

The instant access to specializations was from the year 1 pass iirc. Unless you buy that, you gotta unlock them from the field research

I think the issue there may that specs are for "max" level. Which was 30 when those were all added. WoNY increases the max level to 40. Just a thought

RE: DZ loading loop bug, you can easily open map, and fast travel to anything outside DZ, and dont logout in a DZ checkpoint meanwhile.
You need to be fast enough to manage the fast travel before the loading screen hits

I just turned on my pc to do a quick 1 hour sesh, so i cancelled steam from opening. And i had 0 stutters. Yes all my settings are low/off
And im on 1920x1080p

Also i just closed my game and usually it takes a year to close, and it just closed instantly.

My character is stuck in a DZ Entrance, I cant get out or in, the cutscene from season manhunt is reloading every 3 seconds , on the doors is = RESTRICED: SCANNING IN PROGRESS...its stuck
