I can hear everything else, including enemies talking. But I can't hear cutscene voices or anything else. Even when it pops up with "Agent in need of help" or whatever, can't hear those.

Does anyone else have a problem with matchmaking when i go to a mission and matchmake it nevers finds anyone to play with. But if i go into random mission i get a party instantly. Does anyone know any fixes?

@atomic carbon that's not a bug, it's a feature, you can turn it off in settings. Mute audio on focus loss or something similar

@unborn acorn yeah it's probably because noone ever choose story mode 😉 Also since you're doing story mode, you're proabbly in low world tier or even -30lvl? Most ppl are probably in higher tiers then you right now? Try higher difficulty and advance in tiers, you'll be fine 😉

@vernal fog it's the first i hear of it, BUT earlier in this channel COdy mentioned the 'F' button not coming up for calling reinforcements. Also from time to time for me the 'accept invite' button doesn't show... maybe they're all related somehow... my guess is a 'real' system reboot probably solves it. In windows 10 'shutting down' is really just going into standby. Choosing 'restart' from time to time is the only way to avoid little errors like this one sneaking in over time...

@lofty heart Thanks, I actually figured it out. It had something to do with the invasion notice not coming up when I opened the map, the one that scrolls the map around for you and says "Black Tusk here! Kill 'em!". Once that eventually triggered for me I could change difficulty on the map.

I havent changed any settings. FPS is 40-60. Animations around me are normal and NPCs walking around are normal, but my mouse movement is non existant

I had 7 ivory keys, spawned in the 4 hunters at the Christmas tree and killed all 4 of them easily without dying (wt5). I picked up the last mask that had the last ivory key as well in the drop. Went to the whitehouse to open the case and all the sudden it shows I still have 7 keys even tho I had 7 already when i picked up what should have been the 8th. Wtf?

@white sedge as to the crashing, I was having a few a day last week back when I decided to run DX12 and also was using the Uplay overlay. Went back to disabling both and not one since. May or may not help ya, but I think it was my source of issue.

Weird. Whenever I went to resupply The Sinkhole control point the texture in the resupply menu was really weird and dark/grainy and my fps went to crap. I couldn't hit escape to exit and had to click. Had to restart my computer because my keyboard went to crap literally right after that. Every time I tried to hit escape to logout after I managed to fast travel to a safe house it kept like alt tabbing and then opening my start menu lol. Looks like it's working fine now, though.

Last night I was able to get rid of my mouse lag by uninstalling a windows update, now today after the server maintenance, my mouse lag has returned. most google results date back as far as Beta and Release, but I'm not finding any recent reports on it. Why? I've been playing Div2 since launch and only now is my mouse giving me issues with no changes in game settings since launch. my CPU usage is nowhere near 100% which seems to be the cause most of the time in my search for fixes. AMD video card, no nVidia software, no change in video or graphics settings, not using DX12.

@tender cypress that's a new one 😦 BUT it might be similar to a bug ppl had just after release which invalved them being in a falling animation loop all the time when idle. That used to be solved by reinstalling directX. You should find it in c:...\ubisoft\games\division2\tools.

Hello, I'm currently speed running District Union Arena on Hard difficulty and I just killed myself for the 3rd time. I destroyed the armoured vehicle to spawn Diesel but after securing the area, the guy on the Comms didn't speak. Is there a way to fix this? I've noticed it's been happening on a few other missions too

My Game is still Crashing, every week i log in just to test it, i'm so glad Nvidia deiced not to ship the N-Vision software with their drivers anymore, it's been way to long i've been having this problem without any work around or a fix, i'll wait for the new update that's coming out to do another test again, if it still crashes then i give up. can't get a fix or a refund, the last time i tried the game i almost got to the end off a mission and Game crashed, i was super lucky this time that the team didn't kick me......

This was originally 559 Skillpower and 18% Cooldown Reduction https://imgur.com/b0gtePU

This was not on the PTS. On the PTS these pieces remained the same, except I could recalibrate even more Cooldown Reduction on the first piece.

I don't even have a DPS build at all. I'm one of the few people who remain commited to taking your off-meta stats and making something great with them. I stayed up all night waiting for this patch just so I can recalibrate the 28% Cooldown Reduction chest piece in my storage box onto the 559 SP/18% CDR one, but instead what do i find? Those stats gone from gear I farmed specifically for.

This has to be a bug. There is no way in hell that you guys would butcher non-DPS builds this much.

I get to the EAC screen, that goes away and the game either takes ages to load to a black screen then closes with no error/crash message or it just doesn't load at all and I have to force close EAC via task manager.

Mine showed up fine. When I first started the game, it did the same animation as when a stronghold unlocks. It shows as a blue waypoint on my map, but I had to go "investigate" it to actually find or be able to start the mission.

if you have all the resources and you dont have the nemesis equipped, you have to go to the "craft screen", and then place the 490 nemesis into one of the X squares by hitting space(i think?)

its not just highlight the blueprint and hit x to craft, there's another screen to go to and then you have to put the 490 nemesis into a slot and then it'll let you upgrade to 500

So since UT 3 myself and the 3 clanmates I played with last night experienced 5 Delta 3 crashes and none of us have ever had those before and 2 of us had actual game crashes to desktop. Another issue I have noticed is there is a delay now when you stick your head out of cover and shoot with an AR or Reload and that first shot. The Reviver hive seems to be working every time now which is great however the new length of time is really long. Makes me debate on just using an offensive skill to add to kills and let team member rez me for the few times I may drop in a mission.

Oh and the classified assignments wont let me and me buddy do them together and we both have the year 1 pass. when he starts it it sends me back to the white house and loads him into the mission.

Everyone who has crashes in dx11 and especially dx12 using gtx 10 series should use 419.35 drivers. I thought it was the game's fault, but it seems that Nvidia broke something in further updates. Funny how everyone blames AMD for their drivers, but for more than 10 years of using AMD cards, I never experienced shit like this.

And as far as I know, Nvidia refuses to fix that problem. Amazing customer service.

Guys, I have a an issue with weapon skins. There are several olive weapon crates that are supposed to have a guaranteed weapon skin and after 1.04 I'm not fiding weapon skins in these containers at all, and no, I don't have all of the skins that you can get from these boxes, Solid - Black is an example of one of the skins that I'm missing. I reported this to Ubi and 2 hours later they responded me with "I would like to inform you that we are currently looking into this issue but at this time have no other information." and just closed the ticket so I want to ask you guys if there's someone with the same issue or if there's anything that I can do about it because I just ran out of Ideas.

Anyone having a problem with not being heard post-patch using Push-to-talk? People only hear me when I switch to open mic. This wasn't a problem prior to yesterday's patch. I already checked to make sure my keybind for PTT wasn't changed. I can see the audio marker picking up my voice, but nobody can hear me.

@dense parcel delta-3 errors are server related and mostly server side too so for most ppl there's nothing to do about it. Since last patch there's been some more delta-3's than usual, but they claimed that to be fixed. However you should definitely try to:

flush dns byt typing 'ipconfig /flushdns' in an adminstrator cmd( without the quotes)

unplug your router(s) for 20 sec and let them reconnect

#

@dense parcel if ur sure you're not using DX12 (i say this, cause often the game will ignore your settings and reset the cfg file and stuff, especially after crashing) then crashes are probably caused by something in your system (hard or software), since crashes were solved for 99% of players lately (when using DX11).

However to be sure you cfg works, let geforce experience set your settings to optimal, launch the game, then enable frame limit at 90 or so, make sure dx12 is off and save settings. Exit game and relaunch, check if our settings are still like you left em, change any setting, and save settings again. I know it sounds silly but i've seen these settings change by themselves to many times because of corrupt cfg after crash believe me 😉 If that don't work, check ur temps, eventhough they should be fine, ur rig should eat this game with 50% load lol

I already wrote this, but I will repeat, because it helped me get rid of crashes on both renders. Everyone who has crashes in dx11 and especially dx12 using gtx 10 series should use 419.35 drivers. I thought it was the game's fault, but it seems that Nvidia broke something in further updates. Funny how everyone blames AMD for their drivers, but for more than 10 years of using AMD cards, I never experienced shit like this.
And as far as I know, Nvidia refuses to fix that problem. Amazing customer service.

Nvidia marked the stuttering, unresponsiveness as a known issue are the 419 drivers but it was removed in the later drivers. That was mostly my problems.

Guys im stuck at 20/40 appearel keys.
i played whole day long and i obtained 20 keys.. but after i used them i cant obtain new onces...
I did alot of things after the 20 keys, lvl3 CP, Missions,Bountys and i got 23 Profiency chaches. and i got NADAH... stuck and 20/40 it seems..

ok so for some reason i cannot get the Revenant Mask. Me and one other person were at the pool and the two hunters spawned. we killed one and the other who had the Revenant Mask killed me. The guy in the squad with me killed the hunter before i could get back. when i returned it was only the midas mask on the ground with a key. every time i go back to the pool at night and do the jumping jacks they do not spawn. is there a way to fix this?

Sigh... I literally can’t get specialization ammo to drop for me. Is anyone else having this issue. It was fine. Then it was broken. Then fixed. Now it’s messed up again. My buddy noticed it today too. I put up 94 kills and zero ammo dropped. Had 34 headshots too. Nothing. Getting frustrated.

Not quite sure what’s happened there but my game crashed on a final boss in an invader mission. it seems that if you're in a group and try to do a boss raid that you've already done, leave it midway and try to do another RAID the system won't let you. All members are now stuck on that raid. Even if you completely quit the game and come back it will still say you need to do the first raid.

Easy Anti-Cheat integrity failure. You may need to reinstall your game. Unknown file version (hunter\sdf\pc\data\sdf-b-1280.sdfdata) no matter how much I verify files, reinstall, repair both game and EAC game will load less than 5min it kicks to the Charlie-03 error. Unknown file version looks like Massive didn't updater the file version or they didn't add the version to EAC. Played fine yesterday for hours then this now.

@royal minnow Everything support or the forums have are the same reinstall game done, reinstall window 10 done, run EAC .exe done, Repair game files done, repair EAC done. It's the file versions of EAC and the game that dont match after Fridays hotfix. File version mismatch and it looks like the hotfix didn't add the new version to EAC

I'm experiencing this thing in game where sometimes one of my weapons doesnt appear to actually be shooting any bullets. I see no damage indicators. Sometimes I can see where its hitting things. But it sounds and the gun shakes like its shooting. Its an LMG.

@glad fossil Charlie-03 EAC integrity failure Unknown file version (hunter\sdf\pc\data\sdf-a-0139.sdfdata) the file will randomly change ie. sdf-a-xxxx.sdfdata so it never the same. No amount of repair/re-install will fix it. I did look into it further and it's on MAssives end as EAC or the game have mismatched file versions and it is tripping EAC errors.

@thorny wadi the game will fully load to the Whitehouse I get to run around ect. for about 5 mins then the error trips. It is the weirdest bug I have ran into so far. We do hope this gets resolved soon as our family plays The Division 2 for family game nights. It keeps our 13 yr old daughter engaged and allows us to spend time with our 19 yr old daughter who is away at college. All my girls love the teamwork and have a blast playing together.

@glad fossil just to be sure you should check your ram and hdd for erroneous behavior. in windows search type mdsched.exe for ram and chkdsk.exe for hdd. Also do some thorough virus/malware scanning. If you're not cheating, maybe EAC just chokes on some other malware injection in your ram?

@lofty heart I have done all hardware checks already plus this problem spans across 4 different gaming system in two locations. All software checks out as well no mal/viruses. No cheat software on all 4 computers as cheating only cheats yourself and IMO is stupid. Charlie-03 is a file version mismatch error from either EAC or from game files again VERSOIN mismatch error. Did you check for package loss on both your internet connections?

And, it may sound stupid i know, but verify all four are logging with the right account and not twice with the same account. Also does this occur every single time you try to play together. Or do you sometimes manage to play for a while? Does it happen when only 1 of you plays?

Update: I have fixed the Charlie-03 error the wrong file version of EAC was being downloaded from file verification in the launcher. Getting the EAC software from the company site has fixed this issue and it seems the file has been corrected on the launcher also by Ubi. Thanks to the support team for getting this fixed quickly.

Hey, so I have 8 GB of ram, a good graphics card, and a decent motherboard and all that, but whenever I run this game it eats all of my RAM(to the point I have to restart my computer after closing the game because it's down to half of its normal operating ram). So been testing the new Windows 10 update, with the Div 2, it's all the same problems, so what I found is if you don't have the Sharpening set to 10 in Graphics and The Refresh Rate set to 60.00hz you have Stuttering, still playing the game to see if it will crash, it hasn't yet with these settings, and here I was blaming good old Windows 10 lol

I ran into an area in the Jefferson mission the other night where there's a floating tool box & weapon case to loot...a guitar and chair, but if you go to get it, it traps you in the area.

I'm not sure what's going on but i recently replaced my cpu and mobo from an i5-7600k to a ryzen 5 2600x and started up the game. A friend who isn't finished with the story joined my game, and then i couldn't open any boxes, doors, backpacks and whatnot, i just got put into the animation, but the box would never open or give any items. I looked online to whats going on but all i could find was stuff from one month ago and saying a patch fixed it, but its obviously not fixed if im getting it right now? how do i fix it and should i report it to support?

Yesterday me and my group beat boomer the first boss, then put a few hours into the second boss before we called it a night.
Today we loaded back into the raid and were sent back to boomer and have to complete him again for no loot to progress. Is there a reset timer on the raid that I am not aware of?

@raw sapphire When I was doing my crates the dyes dropped the first time every time. If they don't drop it'll mean you already have that dye or maybe there is a bug now with them.'

@oblique scaffold yes this happened to me too, had to unequip BOTH weapons itherwise it was grayed out. If it doesn't show at all, be sure you've got hte blueprint, it's sold by the girl next to the crafting table

Still have significant desync issues. I’ve tested my connections and ping is 40ms. Shouldn’t be affecting sync much if at all. The game used to play like butter but I’m still getting delayed hit registers. No rubber banding either.

UPDATE: on the Charlie-03 Easy Anti-Cheat error has to do with memory and mostly XMP settings in BIOS. Even if you never crash on other games EAC will fail from the slightest XMP hic-up. Say for example your RAM is 3000mhz on XMP but is not rock solid stable it will throw Charlie-03 errors. Scaling down to say 2800mhz will increase stability and stop the errors. I have tested this on 4 separate gaming rigs with 100% success. This has also fixed any stutter or micro freezes as EAC is no longer scanning memory over and over thinking your injecting code into ram from clock instability from XMP. I hope this helps all who have run into this error. Cheers

You have to farm Merciless from named Hyena bosses (random drop) and then you can use the blueprints you should already have (from dlc/whatever) to upgrade it to the ruthless visuals, and then again to 500GS. You can't upgrade the lvl 1 you get by default.

So is anyone else having an issue where you only get gold loot from the orange crates? I've been farming them forever but I only got one Tigerstripe and about 50 gold loot. (Note: I don't "have all the dyes," i've seen that response a lot already and I only have the Tigerstripe gear dye, nothing else for my gear)

@warm jasper As far as I've been able to tell it will always take the first possible trait from the donor gear.
The way to get that is to find another piece of gear with 2 or more red traits and Headshot Damage (Kopfschussschaden) listed lower than another red trait.
If that makes sense.

The item can't have two of the same traits giving different bonuses and it always takes the top bonus of the color you choose unless the recipient gear already has that trait.

it literally says to go back to white house and speak with ortega. it has the option to enter the room but it wont trigger. gps thing to next objective shows the white house and that door. i just cant enter

@lofty heart I fully think it is a byproduct of Corsairs chip binning on their RAM modules. It is widely practiced to test chips and if they don't pass at a certain frequency they get binned at a lower one. Some barely make the cut but under testing they pass and are shipped anyway. I had bought almost all of my local BestBuy's inventory of Corsair LPX DDR4 @ 3000mhz 6 kits of 16GB each as they had a sale and I got all 6 kits for $69 each. Well being the same lot numbers they most likely all came from the same yield of RAM from Samsung. Now to be clear they ONLY have problems with The Division 2 and NO OTHER GAMES or applications. So I simply just underclocked them form there 3000mhz to 2800mhz as a 50mhz made them stable but I went with 200mhz lower but was able to tighten the timings a lot. Easy Anti-Cheat is very sensitive to memory frequency and if it is not rock solid stable it will throw Charlie-03 errors as it thinks your injecting code or some files will not match and corrupt. I just hope this helps all the others that are getting this problem too. Cheers. EDIT: Just for comparison reasons I played TD2 for a total of 10 hours straight yesterday with zero crashes or errors it is very stable now on all 4 rigs.

@bright spruce You can also try finding someone who hasn't completed the mission to team up with. They need to start the mission by themselves and then invite you to the group after the mission has started. Once complete don't end leave the group until you have both talked to ortega. There's also another way to get around this using matchmaking but I don't quite know the specifics of it. You may also be able to try by joining someone else's world and interacting with the door (just hold/spam F even if it doesn't show up)0. It may or may not play the right cutscene the first time, but keep working through them and don't try to skip over them as that can bug them out as well.

Anyone know what the hell is going on with the Asia servers? I’m here in Korea right now, tryna play some d2 but the Asia servers make it almost impossible. Its not like I cant connect or anything, its mainly the fact that im running at what seems like over 300+ ping. But yet if I play with my pals out in US East it seems like its running at less than 100. When i check the connection info it gives me the bold red “No connection info”. I just want to know if theres a reason why its like this. Before anyone ask if I checked the damned connectivity troubleshoot stuff, I did and debunked about everything they’ve asked.

Hey. I've got a problem with getting event keys by lvl up. Before I got 26\40 keys everything was ok. I was getting 1 key for every lvl up. But now I've got 4 lvl ups and no key obtained. The only options left is weekly event project and buying keys for real money. Do anyone have the same problem?

I never got keys every Cache. on average I reckon it was about 1 key every 2 caches. If you got keys every level i suspect its just RNG getting you back for good rolls up to 26

I ran into a bug where a certain gear mod won't delete. When picking it up I pressed the wrong button and set it as a favorite however mods don't have an option for favorites so now when I go through the menu to try and delete it Mark as junk is greyed out

I've tried everything also but what worked for me was to reduce CPU usage from 98-100% to half of that by capping my in game FPS at 70 and reducing my monitor refresh rate to 100hz.
I also in nvidia control panel set vsync to off.
I do not use ISLC, that never worked for me or made a difference. But what also Snowdrop seems to be temperamental with is RAM speed and Overclocks. So if you know what you are doing reduce any overclocks if you have any or give more volts and reduce RAM speed.

Also do not use DX12 and set in game latency to off.

For some reason the last 10+ level 3 controlpoints doesnt give me any blueprints any more, there is a counter in the top of my crafting bench that says 100/100 an I have no clue what is causing that.

I really just wish they would fix the issue with Nvidia compatibility IE: Game wont even load in my case since April 16th patch. DX 12 crashes the game with Nvidia cards. Frame drops with Nvidia cards. I guess my biggest issue is they dont even talk about this issue anymore and where they are at in fixing it. They made small mention of it back in Late March I think and I havent seen anything since.

crashes are less often when i do no have the healer drone but it does crash now and then. With the healing drone the game crashes even at launch

@gleaming mantle I had this happen for a while. I did two things and it stopped, I started opening it in windows mode and I update my graphics drivers.

In the White House or any settlement, the issue is that it makes it where you have no weapon equipped.

So that could just be the error. Otherwise see if that changes when you go outside of the BoO
