We are currently in a KVK where one of our allied kingdoms officially and completely quit our KVK. There should be some kind of rating system that harms a kingdom for terrible performance or outright abandonment. The kingdom rating scores can then be used to assist in helping other kingdoms know who’s good to ally with and who may abandon you. Of course there would need to be an appeal process or review of some kind so this isn’t abused, but it would discourage kingdoms from abandoning their commitments.

People are petty this will undoubtedly be abused and will not be something that actually solves the problem

Same happened to us last kvk. Top 2 and 3 kd in our camp didnt fight. So we did a 3v6 on our Z5 and gate 7. Not much to do about and it will be abused by bad people. Only way would be if lillith maby marks it from stats, combined with complaints from other kds. But then there should also be a possibility to set a mark on your own kd if you are doing a recovery kvk.
