It’s needed for those planning territory, but it’s not necessary to send it to the entire alliance… it should honestly just be set to all R4s and the R5 or just the R4 who planed the flag

most of the times its a barbarians that always just moves away by the time the flag actually starts building
the only time i'd actually need this mail reminder is when the planned flag cannot actually be placed after the subsequent flag being placed because of a barbarian.. not every time it spams this at you

True, the trigger conditions for the mail are too sensitive and for most who receive the mail its information they can’t do anything about
