#remove vengeance upgrade style when PoV is gone

Path of Vengeance literally ended 1-2 months ago, WHY is the upgrade for PoV still here? It's literally just a more annoying way to upgrade commander skills. Just make it so that when PoV is gone, the upgrade style returns to normal PLEASE
