I would like to ask that you could double the amount of resources a city 23 and 24 can transfer to another city.
Just like you did with the cities 25?

I would add the city resource plots as well, you give lvl 24s those 2 functions and there is no longer the need to take a farm to lvl 25. Sadly I have suggested both of these before many times to support and obviously its gone no where. Hopefully with all the upvotes this does. But thats why I posted my suggestion the oher day to seperate cities into 3 different categories since they have ignored fixes like this.
