#Reworking the teleport markers

I tried the new teleport markers and I think it's a very good idea but it was implemented not very good.

How it works?
The officer selects an area on the map in a frame, and the game automatically places teleportation markers in the selected area.

What are the cons?

  • It is not possible to select a specific point to place a marker, only an area on the map can be selected.
  • It is impossible to select the desired territory precisely: the selection frame is rectangular, and the flag area is not rectangular due to the parallax effect.
  • The map is zoomed out too much. The boundaries of resource points, cities, flags and other places that prohibit teleportation, are not visible.
  • It's not possible to place markers multiple times in multiple areas. When new markers are placed, old markers are removed.
  • Teleportation markers are not distributed optimally.

All of the above makes teleportation markers not very convenient to use and does not allow for rational and dense placement of players on the front lines.

What do I propose?
I propose to implement this function using the same principle as flag planning. That is, to place the teleportation circles manually.

How will it work?

  • Teleportation markers won't have any text. They'll simply be teleportation circles that you can click to teleport directly to the selected circle.
  • Teleportation circles will be placed by officers in the selected points one after another, similar to flag planning.
  • The map scale should be the same as when choosing a teleportation location. The boundaries of resource points, flags and cities must be visible.
  • Resource points, barbarian forts and cities do not prevent placing a marker, but only block teleportation to the marker until the obstacle is removed.
  • Alliance resource points, flags, alliance fortress and other locations that prohibit teleportation should block marker placement (except for the case specified in the previous point).
  • Each marker can be removed individually.
