What should we do to ask a timer or a notification before starting the update and kicking everybody out of the game?
I just missed the ruins because no notification just bringed back a march to change it with another-one and next second got disconnected and update. This is not user friendly at all.

I would appreciate if you would let a comment if you downvoted here, what would be the reason why people wouldn’t like a timer notification? Would it be because players with life and working hard should know exactly when a game for relaxing should do the update?

Pretty sure they usually have something that says "10 minutes till game updates" or something like that. Anyways, they've sent out at least 2 mails saying when the update was, if you or your kd leadership somehow missed that I don't know what to say.

For a person working all day and entering to enjoy the game when we fight for sure an email with 40 rows is not something that I would read and probably this happens to more than half of the players. I asked for a game improvement not for blaming the players for not reading a long mail. But I appreciate your opinion and the fact that you’re the only one answering.
A timer showing in the last minute in the screen would help players doing quick changes before being kicked, so they wont lose maybe the only available time that they have that day

Again, I feel like there usually is a pop-up saying server closing in 10 minutes or something, but it's been a while since I was on when there was a reset update

There is a timer that says "server maintenance in 15 minutes" then 10 then 5 then one last time I think till it finally kicks u out
Even if you don't read mails I'm surprised anyhow nobody has a marker saying "don't random tp server will be going down" or something alike
