A lot of times happens as r4 i wanna go to another coalition alliance during kvk and when i need to come back to mine i have to wait until my lead comes on (or councelor if i wasnt myself) to make me r4.
This could be fixed easy with a system like autopass. 3-5 members can be assign to Auto-R4 (no titles) when joining the alliance.

Maybe they should create a feature called Coalition R4.

COA Leader can assign up to 8 players to COA R4 (only active R4 can be picked as COA R4);

Players assigned to COA R4 will be able to switch alliances in the coalition (as long as the target alliance have space) without having to leave and apply like common players (territory rules still apply);

Leaving an alliance or coalition while being a COA R4 will make the player lose the COA R4 position.

COA R4 will have some R4 powers over all alliances in the Coalition like placing alliance markers, answer the door of all alliances, build/plan structures;

Upon switching back to the alliance where they were previously active R4 when appointed COA R4 they'll be reinstated to that position in the alliance if R4 slots are available;
