Please buff pericles. Pericles I think needs a buff for his kit. His active skill gives him march speed and a shield that doesn't do much. His second skill gives him decent stats. His 3rd skill is decent for garrison but is useless in field. His 4th skill also isn't event that good. And his expertise gives him a healing recieved buff even though his kit doesn't give healing.
I think that Pericles would be decent if people actually used epics for garrison but since epics are only every used on field pretty much I think he needs a buff or a rework to make him usable because the fact tha a green commander city keeper absolutely clears him is outrageous.
