Create special kd for deadweith

THE PROBLEM : A lot of players don't play competitively, but their power count for kingdom matchmaking and when you try to get rid of them it's almost impossible.
They have another vision of the game but they pay in the game anyway so they are profitable for lilith except that when they are 0 they stop the game which makes lilith lose money and this dw player fck the matchmaking of competitive players.

THE SOLUTION : Create special kd for dw, they could migrate there whenever they want with 0 passports and migrate out whenever they want. The kd must be a safe place where dw can't fight and maybe you can create kvk between these special kd where you win only 1/10 of the kp in a normal kvk. This solution would bring more money to lilith from the dw who pay in game and would allow the kingdom to fire the dw more easily, so this solution is good for everyone.

I am not sure about all the ideas, but I def think they need a place for dw to go, returning players etc. I still think the best solution is 1 get rid of imperium status and then let kingdoms choose who they take into kvk, if you want 900 people take 900 people, if you want 300 take 300 if you want 10 take 10 lol. This fixes the dw issue mostly and would let friends who play different ways be able to stay together and not impact the kingdom.
