For the most part yeah, gear is a very important and crucial part of this game, if you don't have enough gear for 2 marches you'll fall behind. If you are unable to upkeep 2 marches and keep improving them as you go onwards that's just gonna hurt your account big time

Besides yeah, heads, materials which are hard to come by I mean, specially since early on you have to focus on vip rather than gear events for the most part
