I recently started a new Project and created in total 16 new accounts on 4 different Google-Mail-Accounts.
While leveling up in the early game, I used a considerable number of Knowledge Tomes (Lv. 1 to Lv. 5) to upgrade several commanders – including Advanced (green), Elite (blue), and some Epic (purple) ones – purely for energy collection purposes to unlock the "Hidden Lotus" city skin (if possible without paying in)
I am aware that new accounts can temporarily reset commanders completely, which includes both:
the Talent Tree,
and a full refund of the Knowledge Tomes (XP books) used to level up the commander.

Now, my question is:
How long (in days) after account creation do I have access to this full commander reset that also returns all the used XP books?
I do not mean the regular Talent Tree reset (which remains available via items later in the game).
I am only referring to the special reset for new accounts that restores all experience items used on a commander.

Could some of you guys please clarify the exact time limit (e.g., 15 days?) after which this feature is no longer available?

The event last for a month (30 days) if that helps because I don't understand your question clearly

There is an event that also explains it named "Wild Frontier" that explains it a bit

So you can reset your commander any much amount of times the event is currently available (which is 30 days). Once a specific commander has been resetted, you cannot reset the same commander for 24 hours (Example: I reset Sun Tzu to level 1, and for the next 24 hours, I cannot reset Sun Tzu). After the duration of the event passes, the button to do so goes away and you may no longer reset your commanders.

If that helps, it helps. If it doesn't, please ask and I will try to help to the best of my ability or you can ask a different person for extra help. (I don't think anyone else could help aswell as most people are SoC players and again, this update was a hidden update for the early-game by Lilith so good luck)
