Hi, even though I can't draw beautiful arms, I still want to help you using my experience.
When drawing arms, it's important to know that arms have 3 main parts: arm, forearm and hand.
Having these three parts in mind can help you navigate next part of an arm.
- Sketch on a different layer the pose of the arms. Then make it half transparent. It will work as a guide for you to draw actual good looking hands.
- If needed, use reference. Reference is super important and no it's not copying. Look up drawn 2d arms and use them to better understand how certain poses look.
- Draw. It may not happen the first time but as you draw arms for several times you will start to improve.
To improve you can use reference and try to draw in different poses etc.
In summary practise and reference will help you become better ar drawing hands. Hope this helps :D
