One way you can remove is by clicking the search bar then typing windows security after that you go to virus and threat protection then click scan option and select full scan. Click scan now( it might take a while). After the scan windows should find the trojen and quarantine your pc. While in quarantine windows will attempt to remove the trojen

Alr so do a virus scan to find and delete it, but if you have NO access to your computer then replace your ssd and hardrives and start over. Stay Safe!
