doesn't do anything is pretty vague. it could be multiple processes watching each other to see if one gets ended to make another.

it's really not clear what you're doing or what's happening in general
you can end multiple processes at the same time by ctrl clicking
what did you download to get a virus?
well if you're too embarrassed you can say what the program is doing
ending all of the processes the trojan created should work, and checking your startup programs before restarting your pc can help
and turning your wifi off or unplugging your ethernet should have been your first instinct so that nothing could have been sent out
