I don’t use unity so I can’t help you with coding aspects of it, but the way you can go about it is to get the player position and just move it towards the player’s position

active ragdoll? basically, move the cube up and towards the players, and move the legs afterwards.

you can apply an upward force based off of where the legs are. if it gets pushed too hard, you can ragdoll it normally.
