grease pencil not working correctly

when i draw with grease pencil it gets darker and like iverted and stuff??? whats going on? how do i fix it?

I‘m not too sure cuz i didn’t use grease pencil myself yet but maybe it has smth to do with correction layers, like „Screen“, „Multiply“, „Color Burn“ etc

If you can find them make sure that it states „Normal“

Then it should be fixed

If it’s not the case, RIP

i assume layer mixing
or "Use lighting" thing

also maybe stroke is behind your model, you can try hit F12 with Z-depth enabled to see if it is true

I ended up just drawing over the area in editing but obv I’d just prefer to use grease pencil

With black it works just fine

Cause it's black and there's nothing darker than that, no wonder :)
