So I’m pretty sure this is only on iOS but when the neighbor catches you and he doesn’t use his abilities to be invisible and someone hits the neighbor for an item, you simply can’t run away. It won’t work so yeah it’s a very bad glitch so did the Hello Neighbor developers and Secret Neighbor developers please fix this bug. It’s way too overpowered.

Basically, yeah I’m pretty sure it happens randomly. I don’t think it happens on PC. I’m pretty sure it only is on iPhone.
That video you just shared is basically what’s happening
There is also another glitch that someone also might have sent in of you being able to grab chairs even though if they’re blocking a door, it’s only on iPhone though
