first of all, the pre-alpha is great. it is a nice upgrade from the 3rd prototype and the gameplay has been improved.
but there are some problems that i have with the game:

The Guest's AI is very, very weird and annoying to deal with. he sometimes reacts to the light and sometimes he doesn't, the AI pathfinding is a bit scuffed and it would be nice to somehow control where the guest will run off to after shining the light at him because sometimes he just runs to the direction that we are supposed to go to.

The Theodore encounter at the weather station could have been a bit better. it's to easy to find shortcuts and immediately go to the room with the report which can be easily be accessed from the outside and theo doesn't feel like an actual threat and (in my opinion) the report should have been inside of a basement.

The Ice-Cream Booth is too well hidden and it can be easily mistaken for the broken down blue building

it would be nice if there was a way to do a true restart to the game which will reset the objectives and removes the notes.
(and a small nitpick of mine, the map that shows where to find the bridge lever circles the house's backyard even though the lever is in the house)
