In devlogs Nikita said npcs will be able to gather information for example by reading a note, so I was thinking giving the postal note would make Janusz get the cooking with love book by himslef however it seems this is not in the game or wasnt happening for me. If this functionality is already in the game ill deleate this post otherwise it should work since it allows for more ways of achiving a goal
