Unedited drawing before I pixelated it

I used the colors from the original Iris concept art but added a few bits of shading for the hat and hair

then after finishing it pixelated it with Photoshop

#

I am planning to make more frames and other animations for her in the future
as well as maybe the other HN3 characters

Actually went ahead and animated this idle frame so now she blinks!
