this is more so focused on the books and the series rather than the games, both nicky and trinity arrive in raven brooks at the same time instead of the other way around in the books/show, Lucy survived the rotten core incident and Mya was the one to die instead!
and the guest is more cryptid than anything else

OH uhm Norman Darby used to be a radio show host with Gordon Cleave but then got drafted for war so fought in the war for a bit, came back to raven brooks and now has some weird psychic abilities and Gordon Cleave stole all of adelle and roger peterson's work and is presenting it as his own so he's the most famous person in raven brooks other than the mayor ofc

Gonna be honest i've barely changed anything about him other than he's more jolly and would do anything to protect his family(like in canon) even if that means putting himself into harms way and locking the guest in gaap
Unfortunately both Trinity n Nicky follow peterson thinking he's trapped aaron in there so goes and unlocks the door and they both get attacked by the guest

Uhm there is some past events i did change such as how beatrix lost her eye and stuff (her, gerda and diane as kids were exploring raven brooks they got lost in the tunnels that the cult uses and diane freaking out attacks beatrix due to a comment she made but luckily both adelle and roger peterson were traversing the tunnels after their crime of burning down the golden apple factory and found them just in time before diane killed beatrix and then because of this event diane's parents moved out of raven brooks and she simply forgot all about it until returning with ted years later)
also the cult back then would have been a different one from the current story
