Could you please try the following?

Verify the integrity of the game files/reinstall
Confirm if you have (or ever had) Oculus/Meta Quest software installed on this PC.
Right-click the game in Steam > Properties > Launch Options, and type: -nohmd

Thank you! Could you please try the following and let me know if any of them help?

Temporarily switch to your monitor’s native resolution before launching the game
Again, please make absolutely sure no mods are installed
Try the steps listed here
Run the Windows System File Checker: open Command Prompt as Admin and type sfc /scannow
Ensure the Media Feature Pack is installed (especially if you're on Windows N versions)
Temporarily disable Voicemod or other virtual audio software, as they seem to be causing errors in your system logs
