i bought the game on steam and downloaded it but it won't even launch. i followed the tutorial linked below to try and fix it, which didn't work. i also launched the game with my internet off and then turned my internet back on after it had fully launched, but it ended up crashing shortly after.
i run a 12900k cpu, 5090 gpu and 64gb ddr5 ram, i highly doubt its a pc performance issue.

i tried the fixes listed already and it didn't work. what necessary info do you need?
