I think it would be a god idea to bring this game to the Nintendo Switch 2 as the first flat mode version, like the joycons are already pretty similar to a VR joystick, so the game could be played in a flat screen without having to change the mechanics

With this information, basically any platform would be able to linked up. The most that the joystick is used for in-game is movement (Could be achieved by linking WASD for keyboard, Joystick for controllers, stuff for other devices etc), with the only other buttons being grab, menu, or pushing down the joystick for snap movement.
Once again the only issues I would bring up for getting a flat screen on Nintendo, or any other platform is the fact that HNVR relies on many VR mechanics. What I mean by this is with a VR controller in-game you move your hand to a board, trigger button to grab, and pull yourself up for climbing. For other platforms which use flatscreen would need a different mechanic, input, or something to make this possible. Same goes to the slingshot, items such as brave's bat, un-boarding, or basically any interactable object in-game.
So honestly yes this is possible, for any platform if they wanted to if the mechanics was re-worked.

the main reason why I enjoy this game most out of most games in the franchise, is the fact that it's in VR in the first place
