My screen's resolution is 1920x1080 but in hello neighbor it is stuck at 1600x900 and I cant change it, it is the max option in game. Any fixes?

My screen's resolution is 1920x1080 but in hello neighbor it is stuck at 1600x90...
this has happened to me before but i basically just pressed win + r, typed in %AppData% and went to local then went into hello neighbor then saved then config and into WindowsNoEditor where i then edited the "resolutionsize" in "gameusersettings" so you do both the x and y and also do it it and also the "lastuserconfirmedresolutionsize" too to 1920 x 1080
