To rule that out, could you share a few more details about your connection — like your speed, latency (you can test it here: www.azurespeed.com/Azure/Latency), NAT type, cable or WiFi, and anything else related to it? Thank you!
I was going to run the rest on my PS5 but I can't access the built in browser
Rest of the information my NAT type is 2 and I'm using a wired broadband WiFi and also my TV is close to it
At the moment, there is no official method to access the PS5 browser, although some unofficial workarounds exist. If available, could you test your network’s speed and stability on a PC?
Please note that issues like this can sometimes come from temporary server hiccups, but if they persist, they might point to a local connection problem (for example, with your ISP), especially since we haven’t seen many similar reports so far.

Well, I'm in the UK but I'd thought that falls under Western EU
