I was playing nicky diaries in the mission 16 and when I try to play, this happened, the game was laggy, the map was black, and it was almost unplayable

I forgot to say that this only happens at this level, and if I try to get out and get back into the game, the same bug keeps happening

Hey, thanks for reporting this! We’ve seen similar issues and are investigating.

In the meantime, please check that your device meets the minimum requirements, isn’t running unnecessary background apps, and isn’t in low battery mode.

Also, try restarting your phone and reinstalling the game.

Since the last update I have seen many people report this, this is not because of the cell phone model or the ram or something like that, this is a serious bug! That if it is not technically repaired, the people who buy the game will have thrown away their money
