#Scary Neighbor traps ability rework

Traps are now always placed randomly across the map, and the system for getting out of them has been changed. I propose three options for reworking scary neighbor traps.

  1. Passive ability
    Traps will spawn randomly across the map only if the neighbor is "Scary Neighbor"

  2. Old system
    Traps placed by "Scary Neighbor" will require a certain amount of time to get out of them, as was previously the case. visually, ordinary traps from "Scary Neighbor" traps will differ in art style, for example, scary neighbor traps will be of the HN1 style (or they can be left unmarked).

  3. More time
    Default traps require 30 sec to get out of them, and each jump press removes one second, for scary neighbor trap you can set an increased time, for example 50-60 sec (obviously that you won't sit in a trap for a minute, it just takes longer to get out of it)
