So, i cannot send videos of this since i had to restart my whole progress and i cannot get that old save anymore, but in the part of the game that we see the neighbor for the first time (also the part that the girl gives you the walkie talkie) nothing happend, the girl didn't appear, the neighbor didn't appear, so i kind of got softlocked (sorry if my english is bad, im not an english speaker)
