I’ve noticed that there are two special skins that were never accessible to some players, especially on iOS:
– Red Pumpkin skin (never officially released on mobile)
– School Bagger skin (never available in the shop, for no explained reason)
It would be really cool to give them a second chance, especially for iOS players who never had a way to unlock them.
Red Pumpkin Skin:
Some people might not know this, or think I’m making it up but I’m not.
On iOS, this skin is replaced by the Blue Pumpkin skin. But originally, to unlock the Red Pumpkin, you had to play an old prototype of Nicky’s Diaries (an early Hello Neighbor DLC), which was only available in a few countries, and only on Android.
As a result, iOS players never had access to the, even if they wanted to.
To fix this in a fair way, I suggest giving the Red Pumpkin skin only to players who pre-ordered Secret Neighbor on iOS.
That way, the skin stays very rare, but it’s no longer unfairly locked for some people.
School Bagger Skin:
This skin was never released on iOS, Switch, or PlayStation and as far as I know, maybe not even on Xbox (I couldn’t find any proof), it was only available on PC.
Why not release it with a fun little back-to-school event, like:
– “Win 3 matches as the bagger between Monday and Friday”
– or simply add it to the shop temporarily (for 239 coupons, for example)
I know this suggestion won’t change the entire game, but I really think every platform should at least have a fair chance to get these skins — especially when some players never had a chance, through no fault of their own.
It would help balance things out and make the skins available at least once on all platforms, without making them too easy or common.
