Here's my Neighbor class concept based on Hello Engineer's Neighbor's outfit.
Ability 1: Hammer time!
Always activable.
Cooldown: 30 seconds.
Engineer boards door, window, hole, hiding spot and containers that he looking at with nails and hammer.
Ability 2: Wrench-punch.
Activable
Cooldown: 30 seconds
Engineer using his Wrench to hit ground to stun Kids in small area, also can be used, to break thin walls, windows and boards. Requires full stamina.
Ability 3: Chance to Escape.
Passive.
Engineer turns invincible after caught kid for 5 seconds, but when he is invincible he can't grab kids.

Yeah this is a pretty good concept imo
so sigma idea
1st ability is 50/50 but im sure it can be used good to distract players.
2nd ability doesn't need to be AOE, and i kinda think it doesnt need "Activable, but only after you've used "Hammer Time!" three time". It just should be a 1 hit stun ability with long cooldown (like 30 seconds) and small hitbox.
3d ability, just no... Why? How that will help you... No...
I had some ideas for him btw
tho they were kinda bad, except the first one
So yeah the idea is valid, tho third ability DEFINITELY needs to change, and second needs some balance changes
